In addition, Slater Matsil offers Patent Agents a leadership track that is unique to the industry.  Upon at least eight years of experience as a Patent Agent and a proven track record with the firm, Patent Agents may be considered for “Distinguished Patent Agent” status.  The Distinguished Patent Agent role includes involvement in firm management (including participating in decisions that impact the firm’s direction), client management, and participation in an annual bonus pool.
