We are looking for candidates with a proven background and research expertise in experimental plasma science. The applicant is expected to perform cutting-edge research and aspire to expand and establish new research areas within the plasma physics group. A broad background is desirable, including experience in at least one of the following areas: interdisciplinary applications of plasma science, plasma fusion, laser-matter interaction, or any other area related to high energy density plasma physics. The successful applicant should be willing and be able to teach courses in Spanish at the undergraduate and graduate levels and demonstrate promise for excellence in this matter. Candidates do not need to be fluent in Spanish at the moment of applying.
