Faculty Position in Quantum Computing and Quantum Information
The Department of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science (MEMS) at the University of Pittsburgh (Pitt) invites applications at all academic levels for a tenure-track professor position in the areas of Quantum Computing and Quantum Information (QCQI), with interests in computational, algorithmic and theoretical aspects of QCQI. Successful applicants should have the ability to build an externally funded research program, as well as contribute to teaching in the MEMS Department. Applicants should have a PhD or ScD in Engineering or other related fields, including Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, and Applied Mathematics.
