Visiting Assistant Professor of Physics and Astronomy (2 Positions)
The Department of Physics and Astronomy at Colby College invites applications for two visiting assistant professor positions. Colby is a highly selective liberal arts college in central Maine that is recognized for excellence in undergraduate education and close student-faculty interaction. Our department offers a flexible physics and astronomy curriculum that draws creatively on faculty areas of expertise to best engage undergraduates with a wide range of interests and backgrounds. Successful candidates will be expected to be deeply engaged in their teaching and to invite exceptional students to collaborate on research projects.
