- Ability to secure and maintain a U.S. DOE Q-level security clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.
- Ph.D. in Neuroscience or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Significant experience with human and rat neuronal cell cultures including electrophysiology, immunostaining and other assays including flow cytometry and multi-omics.
- Proficiency in R for data analyses.
- Advance knowledge of statistics for longitudinal datasets.
- Significant experience with animal handling, sample collection and behavioral testing
- Significant experience with multi-omics sample preparation and analyses.
- Significant experience in a fast-paced environment and able to work both independently and as a team with a diverse set of scientists, engineers, and other technical and administrative staff.
- Advanced knowledge of common software (e.g., Microsoft Office applications) and able to quickly learn new software.
