The Engineering and Physics Department is committed to an on-going process of developing and implementing strategies to increase retention and sense of belonging for all members of our physics community. These efforts began with involvement in the AIP TEAM-UP initiative and have been sustained through the College’s HHMI IE3 grant. As our student body becomes increasingly diverse, we welcome applicants with experience teaching and mentoring students from a broad range of social, cultural, and economic backgrounds.
