The California Institute for Telecommunications and Information Technology (Calit2) is a world-class, multidisciplinary research partnership of UC San Diego, UC Irvine and recently joined by UC Riverside. The Calit2 component at UCR serves as a multicampus research instrumentation facility under the direction of Research and Economic Development. The facility provides (need help articulating the services and instrumentation available) to campus, system, and external users.
