Clare Boothe Luce Professorship in Physics
The Department of Chemistry and Physics at Saint Mary’s College (Notre Dame, IN) is seeking to hire an Assistant Professor for the Clare Boothe Luce Professorship in Physics. Qualified female candidates should apply for this tenure-track position that will begin in the fall of 2023. This position is sponsored by the prestigious Clare Boothe Luce Program for Women in STEM. The position comes with considerable benefits, including one course release each year for the first five years and sufficient start-up funds to begin a suitable research program at a primarily undergraduate institution. The regular teaching load for the successful candidate consists of 9 contact hours of instruction per semester (split between lecture and laboratories).
