POST-DOCTORAL POSITION IN THEORETICAL CONDENSED MATTER
Applications are invited for a postdoctoral research position in extreme condensed matter physics, mainly focused on superconductivity at high pressures. Applicants doing research in theoretical and/or computational materials science, especially in superconducting materials, are strongly encouraged to apply. Research areas that complement existing strengths at the University of Rochester include modeling and design of quantum materials such as high-temperature superconductors; predicting the interplay among temperature, pressure, and stability. Evaluation of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. The start date is flexible, but preferably before July 2022. The position is for one year, renewable up to three years subject to funding avai
