Assistant or Associate Professor - Tenure-track (Ultrafast AMO Theory)
The Department of Physics and Astronomy at Louisiana State University (LSU) invites applications for an Assistant Professor in the area of Ultrafast Atomic, Molecular, and Optical (AMO) sciences, starting August 2022. An appointment at the assistant professor level is expected; exceptionally well-qualified candidates may be considered for an associate professor tenure-track position. Candidates are expected to have an established record in Ultrafast AMO theory or a closely related field and to build a competitive research program that complements our existing programs in ultrafast and AMO physics.
