Physical Sciences & Engineering Postdoc for Space Applications
Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) is a multidisciplinary research institution engaged in science and engineering on behalf of national security. We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher to join us in the Space Science and Applications Group (ISR-1) in the Intelligence and Research (ISR) division, which leads a variety of civilian and defense-related programs sponsored by NASA, DOE, DOD and other US agencies (space.lanl.gov). In support of these missions, we develop space-based charged particle, X-ray, gamma-ray and neutron detectors to measure natural and artificial radiation in space.
