Assistant Professor of Physics
Carleton College’s Department of Physics and Astronomy invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level, to start September 1, 2020. We seek someone with a Ph.D. and with a strong commitment to teaching undergraduates in a liberal arts environment. A successful candidate will demonstrate the potential to be an excellent teacher who can contribute imaginatively to our experimental physics curriculum and create and maintain a program of active scholarship in any area of experimental physics with a substantial on-campus component involving undergraduates.
