Tenure-track faculty members normally teach a 3-2 load. In addition to providing ongoing support for teaching and research, the College offers the following resources for pre-tenured faculty: a 2-2 teaching load in the first year, a research fund in the first two years, and a semester’s sabbatical (at full salary) after a successful third-year review.
