Florida International University in Miami, FL is seeking an Instructor for the Department of Physics in the School of Integrated Science and Humanity. Responsibilities include day-to-day oversight of the introductory astronomy laboratory courses; maintaining equipment needed for the lab courses, including hardware and software; preparing and updating lab course curricula including the lab manual; teaching online lab courses; and scheduling, training, and oversight of teaching assistants.
Position requires a Master’s in Physics, Astronomy or a closely related field.
