Advisory Manager, Strategy (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, San Francisco, CA. Assist clients with improving business performance, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations, and extracting value from transactions. Provide management, technology and risk consulting services to clients in multiple sectors, including technology, information, communications & entertainment media, and private equity, in order to help anticipate and address their most complex business challenges. Focus on strategy growth and development, strategy transformation, analytics and strategic decision making, Mergers & Acquisition strategy, and commercial and market due diligence.
Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships. Identify new service opportunities and take the opportunities through the sales cycle, including defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection. Coach staff and provide feedback in a timely manner. Develop a market presence.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Engineering or a related field, plus 3 years of related experience. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Engineering or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related experience.
Must have any amount of experience in each of the following: Conducting market research and economic analysis of large global organizations and/or of fast-growing innovators focused on enterprise-wide growth, cost, and risk issues; Performing quantitative and qualitative analyses including synthesis of complex data into meaningful insights; and Applying analytical frameworks to qualitative or quantitative evidence.
Must have any amount of experience with at least one of the following:
- Corporate and Business Unit Strategy: strategic planning and portfolio management;
- Innovation Strategy: market entry, business design, growth and social strategies;
- Deals Strategy: All front-end of merger and acquisition strategy including, but not limited to inorganic growth strategy, corporate development/venturing, target identification and prioritization, and commercial due diligence; or
- Enterprise profitability: cost leadership strategy, ROI improvement, and ruthless competitor strategy.
Travel up to 80% is required.
